Kurome is in general a very lazy man. If something he has to do doesn't interest him or benefit him rather than begrudgingly do it he will just flat out not do it. More times than not he will wait for someone else to do it for him. Kurome tries his best to be nice to everyone, even people he hates but unfortunately he has a short temper. At the slightest insult he will fly off the wall and start throwing things at people, especially when they attack his pet peeves.

Kurome is a firm believer in Karma. "If you keep doing the right things, you end up on the right path." is a statement he firmly believes in and says. Not only that Kurome is a spiritualistic fellow, mainly due to the fact he grew up in a temple and his wish is to become a sage. Due to this he tends to carry a bunch of charms, books, and ancient science (which was called magic) to deal with problems. Not only that to calm himself down he may start spewing out mantras to keep himself calm.

Kurome loves the outdoors. He prefers to sleep under the stars rather than sleep in a luxury five star hotel room. He loves everything about it, the animals, the trees and even the sound of the wind. Due to this he tends to get into quite a few conflicts with construction companies, as he is the kind of guy that will chain himself to a tree or destroy a construction machine to try and stop the destruction of nature.

Finally Kurome loves martial arts. He like most monks is more interested in the spiritual benefits than the physical. In fact he loves it so much that he left his temple in order to increase his knowledge of martial arts. Kurome even carries a small book in order to copy down small details he might have trouble remembering.

Bio:

Kurome was born and raised in a Monastery. He wasn't an orphan but was left to the Monastery by his parents whom were running from the Red Ribbon Army. Kurome guessed it was because it would be to hard to go into hiding with a baby in their arms. So they left Kurome with his grandfather whom was a member of the monastery. When he was young he was a troublemaker like most children. He liked to run around with his friends and cause trouble for the monks with his endless pranks. Such a thing was normal, Kurome did find himself getting punished often for it though. When Kurome wasn't causing trouble with his friends he could be found with his grandfather whom took it upon himself to personally see to Kurome's education.

Kurome learned a great amount about the world around the monastery. His grandfather even took him on camping trips in order to teach Kurome more and more about the world. Kurome loved learning new things from his grandfather and was always ready to incorporate it into his life somehow (Usually into his pranks). Not only did his grandfather teach him about the world, his grandfather also taught him about martial arts, Kurome's first love.

When Kurome was older the monastery held a demonstration. This demonstration was showing the monastery's member's technique and skill. Kurome's eyes widened at the fascination of the monk's movements especially considering Kurome had never seen them practice at all. Soon he found himself asking his grandfather to show him how to do what the monk did. His grandfather merely smiled and decided to teach him, and for the next few years that was all Kurome did, train.

Then came the day when Kurome became old enough to leave the monastery. Now that Kurome was no longer a boy and now a man it was up to him whether or not he wanted to become a full monk or to at least see the world first. At first Kurome wanted to do the former but after some convincing from his grandfather he chose the latter. After leaving the monastary, Kurome spent the next three years learning as much as he could in the outside world without a care. Now that he is 21, he has begun to wonder his place in the world.
